Yesterday, I had a lovely slice of happiness. If I were to describe what happiness tastes like, I would probably say it taste a lot like the vegan black forest cake I had yesterday from Pieces & Slices.

Don't get it twisted; I love candlelit dinners just as much as the next girl, but I need a little more than a dinner for me to say it was a "perfect date". My perfect date involves an adventure.

Going to Kiambethu Tea Farm was a great experience for me. It is a beautiful place for one to quickly get away for a few hours. The talks and tours were also super educational and most importantly; fun.

To me, a cafe is a place where you go sit down, have a snack and/or drink, as you catch up on some reading or some work. There are not many nice cafes around, but Tin Roof Cafe is a calm; quiet place, with the most beautiful eclectic deco. It's the perfect spot to enjoy some lovely quiet time.
